This handout picture shows a computer image of the 'Burj Dubai' in the United Arab Emirates,
which will be the world's highest building when completed in November 2008.
Three Emirati banks signed an 869 million dollar deal to finance the building of Burj Dubai --
projected, at around 800 metres, to become the world's tallest tower, the official WAM news agency reported.
